Shipping

BGH Group Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order next business day before 3.00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping generally takes 2 – 4 business days after dispatch, dependent on goods being in stock. Rural delivery can attract a longer delivery time and may incur additional costs. We will endeavour to make direct contact before any additional costs are applied and charged.

All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier. Our preferred courier company is New Zealand Couriers; however we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion. BGH Group Ltd can not be held accountable for delivery times once items have been dispatched.

Currently we only ship within New Zealand, if you are outside of New Zealand please contact us to discuss shipment options. 
We reserve the right to refuse to work with unknown overseas shipping companies.

We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
