• For flanged or threaded joints - the compound that expands as it sets! (from .002" to .004" per cubic inch)
• Expands as it sets, insuring a tight leak proof joint as well as correcting imperfections in pipe threads, flanges and other matal surfaces. Corrects burred or mutilated threads. Accomodates fittings from numerous manufacturers with different size threads
• Recommended for use on joints of most kinds of pipes (will cause discoloration on unanodized aluminum)
• Tasteless, odorless, and non-toxic - conatins NO lead or asbestos
• Manufactured without the use of ozone depleting substances
• Economical - mix only what you need
• Sealed joints can be taken apart
• Withstands deflection, high pressures (up to 5000 psig), high temperature (1000°F), low temperature (-300°F),changes in temperatures, and vibrations
• Certified by Underwriters Laboratory Inc.®: Meets UL Standards for  performance in sealing joints of threaded metal pipe tight against leakage. For use in intermittent hot (82°C) applications on pipes of 1/2" or greater
• Certified by Underwriters Laboratory Inc.® to NSF/ANSI 61 for drinking water. Also certified to NSF/ANSI 372 (formerly known as Annex G) as to lead content.
